ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions AB (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”), registered in Sweden under company number 556666‑0618 with its principal office at Förmansvägen 11, 117 59 Stockholm, serves as the data controller responsible for the processing of your Personal Data.
For our commercial services that involve Software as a Service (SaaS), we may process Personal Data on behalf of our customers as a data processor under an applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). In such cases, our customers function as data controllers and are responsible for informing end users about the processing of their Personal Data. Where we function as a data controller in relation to our SaaS offerings, we provide end users with a separate Product Privacy Notice.
